221(d)(4) Seminar Scheduled in Charlotte

After the great reviews the Sisson-Siebold 221(d)(4) Seminar received in Atlanta earlier this year (see http://050808atl.blogspot.com), we've scheduled another in Charlotte in October!

On October 7th, we'll be offering the one-day 221(d)(4) Seminar again, at the Hilton Doubletree Hotel near the Charlotte airport, a short, complimentary ride from the Charlotte Douglas Airport.

The Seminar will begin at 8:30 AM, and end at 4:30 PM. We will provide a light, working lunch. Seminar materials, spreadsheets and forms, and your class workbook are included in the $350 Seminar tuition. North Carolina CE Credit has been applied for, for both Brokers and Appraisers.

Your Instructors are experienced investment real estate professionals, and have no affiliation with the financing industry, or with any specific lender. This allows them to present you with the strengths and the weaknesses of the 221(d)(4) program in a clear and unbiased fashion.

You will leave this seminar with an excellent understanding of the benefits (and possible pitfalls) of this program, and a good handle on the best way to make it work for your developments and your organization.

Brokers- bring your clients, and help them find financing in this difficult credit market!

Developers- equip yourselves and your staff with a full understanding of this potentially empowering program!

Lenders- what better way to gain an overview of the process and the program, from a developer's perspective!

Apartment Investment Opportunities!

Two institutional grade, multi-family investment opportunities are available in strong markets in Tennessee. Both are new properties that have reached stabilized occupancy and are positioned for a quick sale. Financing assumable, or buy them all-cash.

A perfect addition to your portfolio! Additional information, and further details, available from Steve Sisson at ssisson@ccim.net.

221(d)(4) Financing Seminar

Steve Sisson, CCIM, CPM, and Jeff Siebold, CCIM, MAI, will be offering a one-day, action packed Seminar on this FHA-insured financing program. The Seminar will provide a comprehensive overview of this program, along with a look at the application process, and information to help you navigate through the application with maximum efficiency.

The 221(d)(4) financing is available for proposed construction of multi-family housing. It has the advantages of no personal liability (that's right, its a non-recourse loan), below-market interest rates, a long amortization schedule, a very high Loan-to-Value ratio, and construction financing rolling into permanent financing in the same loan. Also, this financing is available for Market Rate apartments (not subsidized apartments).

Contact Steve (ssisson@ccim.net) or Jeff (jsiebold@ccim.net) for more information about this exciting program! A syllabus is available via e-mail.
